International NGO Safety Organisation (INSO) devient le premier membre institutionnel de CoCreate Humanity (CCH).

Nous exprimons notre sincère gratitude au siège d’INSO pour la confiance accordée à notre association et pour avoir choisi le service de pair-aidance humanitaire de CCH afin de soutenir son personnel national et international. Cette collaboration constitue une avancée significative dans la promotion de la santé mentale et du soutien psychosocial au sein du secteur humanitaire.

Ensemble, poursuivons nos efforts pour offrir un soutien indéfectible au personnel humanitaire confronté à la détresse psychologique.

Nous encourageons les organisations humanitaires à informer leurs équipes de l'existence de notre service de soutien. La pair-aidance humanitaire est un maillon de la chaîne essentiel dans le parcours de rétablissement d'un humanitaire blessé psychique. La pair-aidance se base sur le principe du rétablissement. Elle ne s'improvise pas. Elle doit être professionnalisée, encadrée et supervisée.

Humanitarian peer support is an essential link in the recovery journey of aid workers experiencing psychological distress. Peer support is grounded in the principle of recovery. It cannot be improvised. It must be professionalised, structured, and supervised.
